Director M. Arch (Construction and Project Management)
With more than 4 decades of industrial experience has worked on various projects like, Villas, Apartments, School Buildings, Club House, Hotels & Layout Plan in Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra & Delhi.
From Past 8 years he is active in academics had has served many Institutions.
HOD - Associate Professor M.Arch (General)
Associate Professor who utilizes a very interactive approach to teach the art of architecture. Adept at developing comprehensive lesson plans working directly with students on improving their grades and creating unique projects that allow students to show off their skills.
Holds Masters in General Architecture which makes her mature in all the fields of architecture. Pursuing PhD in final stages in “Sustainable Design”. Enhancing knowledge of green building materials and techniques, bioclimatic and passive design, zero carbon building.
Keen interest in teaching materials and methods in building construction which gives an eye for detailing.
Associate Professor M. Arch (Landscape Architecture)
Associate professor with masters in landscape architecture from UVCE Bangalore. He brings a rich mix of architectural and landscape design experience to the school.
Providing authentic learning opportunities and experiences to students when working with landscape architecture, history of Hindu and Islamic architecture. Mentoring the students is the most fulfilling part of his service work. Thinks about problems creatively and research them through a multitude of lenses as his experiences moulded him, which is very useful for students.
He is developing visual communication and representation skills and methods of presentation of spatial design though graphical techniques.
Presented a Heritage documentation on Village settlement near Krishna river in Academy of architecture Mumbai and won a special mentioned prize in louis I Kahn trophy 2005 for his commendable work on rural settlements, which inspired many foreign architectural students to refer the work.
Assistant Professor M.Arch (Construction and Project Management)
Creative proactive architect with more tha 12 years of experience in sectors like residential, commercial, industrail in local as well as international project. Highly motivated with good oral and written communication skills, having a responsible attitude towards work.
Her passion for teaching pursued her to join HMS School of Architecture.
Assistant Professor M. Arch (Housing)
Delved in design solutions to many residential projects. Expertise to create a wide variety of comfort environments from traditional to contemporary.
His interest in art and architecture made him create a variety of fine art pieces including paintings, charcoal compositions, graphic designs, and sculptures
Working as an architect and artist comes with a unique set of challenges in a field that has its own culture and standards.
Assistant Professor M. Arch (Landscape Architecture)
Her experience includes various commercial, residential buildings, temple design and landscape design.
She has been awarded the Special mention certificate for the work titled Watershed management for Melukote in the landscape foundation students design competition 2017, past continuous is future held on October 25,2017, New Delhi.
Her practice includes Highway landscape design projects, Ashrama landscape project and variety of residential projects with landscape.
Assistant Professor B.Arch
Worked on various Architectural and Interior design projects during his professional practice.
Believes in "Less is More" and follow this philosophy, simplicity and clarity lead to good design & creating clean elegant functional forms using innovative materials creating spaces plays a vital role in design spaces.
Assistant Professor M.Tech (PhD)
Working in technology needed for architectural concepts of large span structures and high rise sustainability.
Administrator Officer
Provides administrative support to the college by providing reception services, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel, filing, researching files and records, and preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Providing basic and initial assistance to students with questions about classes, registration, permissions, etc. using established guidelines.
Accountant
Apart from taking care of accounts also supports the work of the college by purchasing equipment and supplies, maintaining an inventory of office supplies, and utilizing the appropriate process to pay for goods or services purchased by the college.
